Audio Narrative

I've uploaded my first project from Columbia in my Visual Audio class. The purpose of this was to create a narrative story completely in audio, no visuals, no dialog. This was my first attempt at location audio outside of class. Although it took me the first day to get familiar with this, we were able to complete this in just two days of recording and a 4am post-production session. I couldn't of done this without some great people that took time out of their weekend to help out.

Open Flame Studio Presents: After Hours

After Hours will be a bi-weekly film dealing with the everyday person as a customer. Stories told by the people that serve you, and the other side of the story.
These Stories will be submitted by anyone. They will be Produced by Open Flame Production (me), but stories will be directed, edited, told, possibly written by other members that wish to contribute to this project of my choosing.
Agreements for work on the project. (1) Stories will be documented on video by original source. (2) Director and/or crew will blog daily events on work towards finish product, by via video, audio, or text entries to the site, and will include images of those days events. (3) All processes leading up to final product are subject to my approval or denial.
Other then that I welcome anyone that would like to be a part of this on any front of the process from stories, directing, crew, or post. We are still and always will be collecting stories so please feel free to e-mail me about anything or any questions at NateOFS@gmail.com.

The Remake

Well Open Flame Studio is back under going changes for all the new things we are adding. Let me tell you though it will be worth the wait. We are finally introducing all of you to the original Studio I wanted to create. A company that has its foot in everything that I enjoy. The Studio consist of 'Design', 'Photography', 'Production', 'Audio', & finally 'Web'

Open Flame Design: Will be compiled of different types of graphic design. From page layout, photo editing, multimedia presentations and other types of image design.

Open Flame Photography: Simple enough, this will consist of straight photography that is taken for view.

Open Flame Production: Film will be the main attraction, independent productions for projects that we work on. Any new videos you find from us will be posted here.

Open Flame Audio: This will be different types of Audio Recoding, from on location audio, to band performances.

Open Flame Web: Web Design we do for our selves or others will be posted here.

Well that is a quick rap up of what will be going on in the next few weeks. I will try better at keeping people updated on what our progress is, and when new things come to the site. So please keep checking for updates and I will keep bring them to you.
